Baltimore Self Defense Instructor trains with a young Gracie!

Baltimore self defense instructor Steve Adornato trained with Reylan (pronounced Heylan), and Ryron (pronounced Hyron) Gracie on sunday morning. In addition to great moves shown by both Gracies, even more important was the philosophy on training that was presented. I will post some examples of this in the future. Visit our site frequently as I start posting videos explaining this philosophy! These are concepts that will apply whether you train for MMA, self defense, or gi Jiu Jitsu competitions. Reylan Gracie 300x178 Baltimore Self Defense Instructor trains with a young Gracie!

Reisterstown MMA and Jiu Jitsu Trains with Rickson Gracie!

Reisterstown MMA and Jiu-Jitsu instructor Steve Adornato attended a special class with Rickson Gracie this week at the new Pedro Sauer academy. Rickson was phenomenal as expected. There is an energy that he brings to class that cannot be matched. Not to mention his technique is as close to flawless as I will ever see on this earth. I look forward to adding the techniques that Rickson showed into the already great curriculum at Adornato Jiu-Jitsu in Reisterstown.
