Baltimore Self Defense Instructor trains with a young Gracie!
Baltimore self defense instructor Steve Adornato trained with Reylan (pronounced Heylan), and Ryron (pronounced Hyron) Gracie on sunday morning. In addition to great moves shown by both Gracies, even more important was the philosophy on training that was presented. I will post some examples of this in the future.
