I could not agree more with Ryron and Rener Gracie in this video. There are major diffrences between true self defense and mixed martial arts (MMA). Ryron Gracie is traveling to the Baltimore Maryland area this weekend and I look forward to training with him and adding whatever I can into our self defense curriculum. In the mean time check out this excellent video of Ryron and Rener Gracie breaking down GSP vs Dan Hardy.
