UFC, MMA, Self Defense Analysis by a Baltimore bound Gracie.
I could not agree more with Ryron and Rener Gracie in this video. There are major diffrences between true self defense and mixed martial arts (MMA). Ryron Gracie is traveling to the Baltimore Maryland area this weekend and I look forward to training with him and adding whatever I can into our self defense curriculum. Reisterstown MMA and Jiu Jitsu Trains with Rickson Gracie!
Reisterstown MMA and Jiu-Jitsu instructor Steve Adornato attended a special class with Rickson Gracie this week at the new Pedro Sauer academy. Rickson was phenomenal as expected. There is an energy that he brings to class that cannot be matched. Not to mention his technique is as close to flawless as I will ever see on this earth. I look forward to adding the techniques that Rickson showed into the already great curriculum at Adornato Jiu-Jitsu in Reisterstown.
