Class Schedule For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes in Reisterstown Maryland
Mondays and Wendesdays:
6:15-7:30 Gi – Jiu-Jitsu/Self Defense
Tuesdays and Fridays:
6:15-7:30 pm – No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu
A strong emphasis is placed on the Pedro Sauer curriculum. This ensures that all techniques are taught in the proper progression, and also ensures students are prepared for advancement in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
